All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. The Institute does not store, process, or have access to any cardholder data or banking credentials. The Student acknowledges that the Institute shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access arising from the use of the payment gateway, except where such loss is directly attributable to the gross negligence of the Institute.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Refunds, if any, shall be governed exclusively by the Institute's Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website.
